Quilting Itch

It so hard when you are living between two houses.  You want to do something but half of the supplies you need are in one house and the other half are in the other house.
I can't remember the last time I sewed anything and all my sewing things are packed up!  I'm really itching to work with some fabric!

As we bring more things into the farm house my sewing things are going to get even more crammed into different areas out of the way.  I know there will be a light at the end of the tunnel. Its just going to be a very long tunnel.  We are going to add a quilt studio onto our garage but it might be a couple years before we can do that.  Once spring is here I'll be busy getting things set up with the chickens and starting a garden.  Its just hard in the winter when you don't have those other things to distract you.  I am busy with the move and getting the old home ready to sell but I keep thinking...Oh if I had my machine set up I could sew for a couple hours here and there!  I feel better now, thanks for listening to me whine!

Some exciting quilt news...I did get my first quilt hung! LOL! I was trying to think of a place to lay this little quilt out of the way and thought just hang it up!  And this little spot in the kitchen was great!  I can always move it if I need to, but at least I have one hanging now!
