Picked this up from Frames Unlimited on 28th st tonight.
This is a cross-stitch I made by hand about 10 years ago from a picture taken about 15 years ago! It has been rolled up in a tube, stuffed in a closet for a long time.
Jim had a photo framed for his father for Christmas and we received a 20% off coupon if we had something framed in January. Well a light bulb went off over my head, I knew just what we needed that coupon for.
I think it turned out wonderful.
The photo was taken by my Auntie Ann when we went down to visit her in Baroda, MI. I had a heck of a time finding where we had put the tube the cross-stitch was stored in. I hunted through the house from top to bottom, my mom even tried to look. At the last minute I thought I would just take a look in Jim's office closet, why would it be there, just so I could say I looked everywhere! Well of course it was there tucked behind some boxes on top of the safe!
It turned out beautiful! Love the frame. You two have not changed at all.
