A couple weeks ago, my friend, Danny and I got together for our annual Christmas cookie bake-a-thon. We forgot to count but in the past we've done around 55 dozen, I think.
We each made four different kinds and then we split them so we both end up with a ton of 8 different cookies.
We worked for a full 10 hours. I am always so exhausted at the end of the day, but its worth it. I bag some up for our neighbors, who look forward to them every year. I took a couple platters to work to share and will have just enough for Jim and I to eat over Christmas!
